How about an expert advisor who’ll make our life with our dog easier? That would be indeed a great idea. But what are the situations in which users would be particularly helped by such an app? When and where will it be best to reach them? We enable the app’s creators to carry out analysis so they can help their users at the right time and in the right place. They can thus win over happier users.

Solution

Neutrum Topic Navigator identifies the most important topics and occasions from the user’s behavioural data – which articles do they read, what do they search for and what do they post. AI-based content and context analysis identifies the most important concerns of dog owners and reveals and at times predicts their most relevant questions – and we know that this also largely depends on the dog’s breed and living situation. For certain groups of topics, we use AI Targeter to determine how well the particular interests are developing and which channels can best be activated and at which times by the dog owners. Last but not least, the most relevant influencers are continuously identified for each topic and context.
